Supervision
Supervision provides a collaborative space where professionals in education, health and social care settings can reflect on their role and develop their practice.
Training and consulting
Training sessions and consultations are tailored for organisations. Over the years, I have served as a lecturer, public speaker, and published in the field of mental health.
“Embracing change is about seeing through new lenses to create new meanings”. Gloria Garbujo
An integrative approach
My approach is integrative and underpinned by existential thinking. Initially rooted in psychodynamic training, my practice has evolved over the years to incorporate strength-based and trauma-informed frameworks.
I am committed to working in ways that are inclusive and anti-oppressive to support individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, abilities and gender identities.
During the sessions, I use a variety of creative methods and mindfulness techniques to foster awareness and transformation. As such, I draw upon my regular practice of mindfulness in nature.
