An integrative approach
My approach is rooted in existential and psychodynamic thinking and has evolved over the years to integrate mindfulness-informed and trauma-responsive frameworks.
I am committed to working in ways that are inclusive and anti-oppressive to support individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, abilities and gender identities.
During the sessions, I use a variety of creative methods and mindfulness techniques to promote awareness and transformation. As such, I draw upon my regular practice of zen painting and meditation in nature.
